Knowledge required:
- setting basics (putting holds on the wall, selecting the right bolt size, avoiding getting holds stuck)
- tying a figure 8 on a bight
- belaying with a grigri
- simple anchor building
- ascending a rope using a grigri & jumar

**All attendees for the INTERMEDIATE clinic will need to get checked off on the rope systems prior to the clinic**

Bring any topics to the table you'd like, but some ideas might include: leading male-dominant crews, creating cultures of respect and positive growth, cooperating with other departments, creating confidence in yourself and your team, navigating the "strength only" social hierarchy common in climbing gyms and setting teams, etc. The virtual community space is free to access, but donations (@boltandrevolt on venmo) are greatly appreciated for those that that have the means to give.
