We're ecstatic to offer a community space for women and genderqueer HEADSETTERS. Bring any topics to the table you'd like, but some ideas might include: leading male-dominant crews, creating cultures of respect and positive growth, cooperating with other departments, creating confidence in yourself and your team, navigating the "strength only" social hierarchy common in climbing gyms and setting teams, etc. The virtual community space is free to access, but donations (@boltandrevolt on venmo) are greatly appreciated for those that that have the means to give. This community space will not be recorded, as to ensure participants' feelings of safety in their disclosures. Sign up here!
